注意事項

* 個人・商用利用可
ただし商用はWEB広告など宣伝効果としての利用に限る(印刷時例：名刺・年賀状)。自己自店作成時に、低予算で仕上げたい時などにご利用ください。
* T シャツ・雑貨・ポストカードなどへのプリント加工・同人誌等、有料販売商品での使用は全面禁止です。
* 著作権は放棄してないので、投稿作品への利用は禁止。背景利用などでご使用の際は(素材加工時の注意をお読みください)、個人で楽しむだけにしてください。また、許可なく素材を再配・転載することはおやめください。
*CGI自作テンプレート・ひな形配布サイト様でのご利用可。素材加工時の注意をお読みください。
* ブロクにてのご利用可。ただ管理人さんの意思やマナーに関わりなく、画像の再配が容易であるため、トラブル回避の為にも、こらちはリンク必須とさせていただきます。
* 違法・違法商法と思われるサイト様での利用はご遠慮ください。
* 同人、ボーイズラブ、個人アダルト系サイト様については、気にせず使ってください。
* 直リンクは禁止！サーバに負荷がかかるので、素材はご自分のサーバーに置いて使ってください。

*素材加工時の注意
(1) 大きさの変更や文字入れ等、使いやすいサイズに変更してください。
(2) 画像を拡大縮小する場合は適度に。特に拡大した場合は、やりすぎると画像が崩れます。
(3) 明るさの調整。モニタによってはだいぶ見え方が違うので、お好みの明るさに調整してください。その際、コントラストも調節した方が背景の黒が保てますのでお勧めです。
(4)他の素材サイト様との素材を、加えて１つの画像に加工することは、相手側にご迷惑がかかるので禁止です。
(5) ひな形サイト様などにて、他の素材サイト様との素材と一緒にご利用いただく場合、必ず相手方のご許可をいただければかまいません。
(6) 素材をCGテクスチャまたはCG背景としてご利用になりたい場合は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。ただし必ずしもご許可出来るとは限りません。また特殊な事情がある場合を除き、著作権明記を必須とさせていただきます。有料販売商品への利用は不可。
(7) 素材をリンクバナーに加工する場合は、MILKCATの素材であることが分かる程度の加工にしていただけると有り難いです。(当サイトのW200×H40のリンクバナーを参考にしていただくと分かり易いと思います)

元の素材がなんであるかが分からなくなるまでの分断・縮小加工はちょっと淋しいので。
これは、素材を加工してご利用いただくどんな場合においてもお願いしたいことでもあります。

(4) Mixing

Do not mix the free graphics of MILKCAT with materials provided by other web sites and create one image. It may annoy creators of other images.
